Short Call Butterfly

A Short Call Butterfly is a neutral, high-volatility strategy constructed entirely from calls: a short in-the-money call (red), two long calls struck at or near-the-money (green), and a short out-of-the-money call (blue). If the underlying stock doesn’t pay dividends, a Short Call Butterfly achieves exactly the same result as a Short Put Butterfly Put.
