Long Put Butterfly

A Long Put Butterfly is a neutral, low volatility strategy constructed entirely from puts: a long out-of-the-money put (red), two short puts struck at or near-the-money (green), and a long in-the-money put (blue). If the underlying stock doesn’t pay dividends, a Butterfly Put Spread achieves exactly the same result as a Butterfly Call Spread.
