Long Call Butterfly

A Long Call Butterfly is a neutral, low volatility strategy constructed entirely from calls: a long in-the-money call (red), two short calls struck at or near-the-money (green), and a long out-of-the-money call (blue). If the underlying stock doesn’t pay dividends, a Butterfly Call Spread achieves exactly the same result as a Butterfly Put Spread.
